Then we talk through practicality: ingredient sourcing, processing needs, packaging choices, and any stability or regulatory flags. This helps us confirm that the drink you are envisioning can realistically be produced, stored, and shipped the way you imagine. Once the concept checks out, we move into the process itself. We map each step-from receiving ingredients, to batching, to filling and packaging-and identify where time, cost, or risk tend to creep in. That might mean adjusting batching order to reduce foaming, tweaking mixing times for better consistency, or revisiting how your pack format affects changeovers and line speed during a pilot run.

During and after your pilot, we capture what actually happened: yields, hold times, any quality issues, and how the team felt about running your product. We then turn that into practical recommendations you can use right away, whether you keep working with us for future runs or take your beverage to a larger co-packer later.
